These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and p999g governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, games, betting services, account management tools and any other services offered through the Platform.

p999g reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

4.1 Registration Process

Registration on p999g requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth and a currency preference. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, residential address and, where applicable, a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport number for KYC purposes.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing limits or any other purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. p999g will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify p999g immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team. p999g recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available as an additional security measure.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. p999g may close or suspend an account at its discretion where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where required by applicable law, or where the account poses a compliance or fraud risk.

5.1 Permitted Use

p999g grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. All other uses are expressly prohibited.

5.2 Personal Use Only

The Platform is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform, or any content or data obtained from it, for commercial purposes, data harvesting, automated access, scraping, resale or redistribution without the prior written consent of p999g.

5.3 Technical Access

You must not use automated bots, scripts, crawlers or other technical means to access, monitor or extract content from the Platform. You must not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform's systems or networks. Any such activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

6.1 Available Payment Methods

p999g supports deposits via payment methods made available in the Platform's live cashier. For the convenience of Pakistani users, the Platform references familiar local payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer channels including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• p999g does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to the support team immediately and will be reversed.

6.3 Currency

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.3 Bonus Abuse

9.1 Available Tools

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic log-out reminders.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible within the selected exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p999g and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without explicit authority.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of unlawful activities.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing or any form of cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such gains must be reported and will be reversed.
• Using automated software, bots or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform in a non-manual manner without p999g's written consent.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing p999g staff or other users.
• Circumventing, removing or interfering with any security or access controls on the Platform.

p999g reserves the right to suspend, close and prosecute accounts engaging in prohibited conduct, to reverse affected transactions and to report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

All content on the p999g Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, audio and audiovisual content — is the property of p999g or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and display Platform content solely for your personal use of the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, perform, display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of p999g.

The p999g name, logo and brand marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. p999g does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p999g and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

12.3 Maximum Liability

p999g's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

p999g processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, deposits and general Platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance and the delivery of Services. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, restrict processing of and, where applicable, request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All data subject requests should be directed to the contact address in Section 16 below.

p999g reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

p999g recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

15.2 Pakistani Users — Legal Notice

Pakistani users are advised that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and associated provincial legislation may apply to online gambling activities. p999g does not provide legal advice and strongly encourages Pakistani users to seek independent legal counsel regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in their province before participating in any wagering activity.

15.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact p999g's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as specified by the operator.
